Do expect a lead time of 10-12 weeks after order placed or subsequently, you may check with us before placing order. Do expect a longer wait during our peak period. 

Kindly ensure the timeline fits before any purchase. No rush or urgent order will be accepted to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding or any potential form of threatening to our brand and team if we are not able to fulfil your desired timeline despite mutually agreed lead time before any purchase. 

ETA given upon purchase is estimated timeline and not fixed. A slight 1-2 weeks delay is expected due to various processing factors. Do ensure all is good before proceed.

Strictly no cancellation and refund to any form of reason after order is placed.

We are able to store your bed frames purchase up to 2 months (not applicable to sales item) after first delivery date initiated. Charges of $100 per month will be charged without prior notice for storage in our warehouse after 2 months from your first delivery date. 

!! For storage more than 6 months with us, order will be cancelled with no prior notice and strictly no refund.  

• All frames are carefully and exquisitely handmade with patience and love. It’s our obligation to present the best on every part from the frame. However, these beautiful frames are handmade hence minor scratches or paint irregularities are commonly sighted. 

• No chemical plaster will be used to even the surface on the wood or cover up the wood marks. Beds are all ethically made, no wood bleaching service. It is common to see slight uneven on the surface especially on white paint option. Such uneven is not dent or damage but the natural grains on the wood. 

• We are unable to explain on the inconsistency wood grains or any tiny dark dots from natural wood as they are not man made nor produce by us. Do consider choosing laminate to achieve even grain lines and your best preferred color. No laminate option in our store.

• Natural wood has the tendency to contract and relax due to temperature. Slight contract on the wood might cause a minor paint crack on the surface. The wood is not cracked but only the paint. This does not affect the stability of the frame. Touching up required additional cost.

Delivery timing will be set on a certain time range. Specific timing delivery is available with additional $80 per trip, subject to availability on our schedule.

Delivery will only be scheduled with you once bed frame has reached in our warehouse and all parts are checked by our team. No schedule will be made before bed frames arrive in our warehouse. We are unable to commit beforehand to avoid any misunderstanding that potentially arise due to unstable custom clearance procedure or any possible logistic issue that is beyond our control. Seek your kindest understanding that no dates can be committed until we received incoming logistic updates, any form of pressing or threaten are not welcomed. Mutual respects are two ways. 

Our team will be in touch with you 5 days beforehand to schedule when your order is ready. Kindly ensure contact details provided is accurate and there is someone to receive at home. If no one is at home on the date & time scheduled, another delivery date will be initiated at the charge of $80. Payment will be collected before delivery/assembly. 

Our team is not obligated to shift or dismantle or dispose of your old furniture. Kindly pre-arrange the work and keep the desired space clear before our delivery. Disposal service for old furniture is available at $200 per item. Please notify prior to delivery. Payment will be collected before delivery/assembly. 

Our team STRICTLY DO NOT provide FREE wall mounting services, drilling to concrete wall or any electrical related works (such as light installation). Please arrange your own electrician or handyman if required. We reserved all rights to reject on this service or service at a cost.

Kindly notify prior to delivery if your residence has no lift access. Service will be charged as below, and payment will be collected before delivery/assembly:

·      Carry up item/s to upper floor within the house (landed) > $30/floor and $30/item.

·      Old HDB or walk-up apartment with no direct lift access > $50/floor and $50/item. 

·      We seek your kind understanding we are not able to waive if you purchase more than one bed as this requires manpower and stamina. Each long part may weigh up to approximately 50-60kg. 

All frames come with 2 years warranty. 

We will not refund a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: 

become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.

Refund for reasons below are not eligible & STRICTLY NOT ACCEPTED:

• Frames that have been used for months,
• Not aware of lead time before purchase,
• Change of mind,
• Products described as "Made to Order" or customized order,
• Lead time slightly pushed back 1-2 weeks due to raw material quality/ unstable shipment/ delay of custom clearance etc.

Return for reasons below are not eligible & STRICTLY NOT ACCEPTED:

• Products described as "Made to Order" or customized order,
• Sales units,
• Display units,
• ALL mattresses.

Beautiful coated wood can simply wipe down with a damp cloth followed by dry cloth, you're good to go~
